The Daniels Dynasty is a family of 7 New Mexicans who bring their passion, drive, beauty - external and internal - and their love for their community to the stage and spaces we inhabit.

Founded by LaRhya, “Mother Daniels,” The Daniels Family has a set of core expectations that are rooted in the values we all share:

- We believe in the goodness of our Queer Community.

- We work to be of service to the Queer and Trans people in our communities whenever possible.

- We are kind, generous, and compassionate to those we love and those we don’t know.

- And of the highest importance, we care for each other as a family.

Drag Families have their roots in the 80s and 90 ball scene. During these decades, so many LGBTQ young people, especially Black and Brown queer and trans people, were disowned from their families and had to create chosen families for survival. While no one from the Daniels Family has been disowned, we interact as that type of chosen family, supporting and uplifting each other in the downtimes and celebrating in joyful times.

Every member of the Daniels Family who performs brings to stage the highest level of beauty, talent, stage presence, and professionalism. Although we don’t consider these as the most important characteristics of our family, they are not to be overlooked.

LaRhya, Rudy, Topher, Jessica, Armani, Elijah, and Paloma are individually unique while being the perfect examples of what it means to be a Daniels. We invite you to find us on social media, catch us in a show, or reach out to us to discuss attendance or performance at your events.
